Our services include:
Cruising permits
Cruising permits can be arranged for up to a 90 day cruising period, and can be repeatedly renewed. Cruising permits can be arranged for both private and commercial yachts, but for commercial yachts applications must be in hand well in advance of arrival.
Flowers
Locally grown flowers can be purchased in bunches or our highly skilled florists can make arrangements of your choice. Freight
Asia Super Yachts can arrange freight forwarding to any destination from important documents to guests belongings. We only deal with reliable quality logistics to make sure your package gets safely to its destination.
Fuel
We supply quality fuel with clear spec sheets both alongside and off a nice and clean barge off shore.
Guides
Dive guides and other tour guides can be arranged to either stay on board your Yacht or be in continuous communication with your Yacht to arrange for interesting tours or activities all over Indonesia.
Helicopter charter
Asia Superyachts work with local partners and through them we can arrange privately chartered helicopters with pick up from anywhere in Indonesia. Asia Superyachts can also arrange for landing permits with the discretion of the airport for any private helicopter.
Hotels and resorts Asia Superyachts has over the years gained valuable information about the high end luxury hotels and resorts in Indonesia through our sister company publishing the life style magazine Villa & Yacht. We can confidently recommend hotels and resorts all over Indonesia.
In- and outbound clearance
An Asia Superyachts representative will come to the Yacht at any convenient location to pick up necessary paperwork and will deliver everything back soonest possible. Indonesia has many rules and regulations and only a few are written down, even fewer in English. A local agent can provide the knowledge and support so that the captain does not have to worry or even leave the yacht.
Laundry / dry cleaning
We have contacts to some of the best laundry services in Indonesia, and we can arrange both laundry, dry cleaning and pressing with convenient pick up and drop off on the yacht.
Limousine charter / car rental
Cars can be rented either with or without a driver, and including a full insurance. Including a driver is often to be preferred as the price is very similar, and the driver knows the area and can be to great help exploring the area and the culture. We use only local drivers, but we make sure that they all speak good English.
Private jet charter
To ease guests traveling to the yacht we can arrange for charter of a private jet. Our sister company has several jets available at any given time to fulfill your luxury travel needs. We can also arrange for landing permits with the discretion of the airport for any private jet.
Provisions
Provisioning can be arranged either locally or imported from abroad. Most yachts will prefer imported meat, and that will most easily be arranged from Australia or New Zealand. Please allow approximately one week for larger orders.
Beverages are readily available all through Indonesia. Specific requests requiring import must be forwarded well in advance.
Security
Security guards with weapons license can be arranged to either stay on board your Yacht or follow in a shadow vessel for your entire stay in Indonesia. The security force available is under strict control and will ensure the security of the guests, crew and yacht 24/7.
Shipyards
Asia Super Yachts can be helpful in finding the right shipyard for any repair or survey. Our partners all have personal experiences with several shipyards in the region, and will be glad to assist you.
Spares
Spare parts can easily be arranged in Indonesia. Asia Super Yachts has contacts to several chandlers in the region and around the world, and we will gladly help you find your specifically needed spare part.
Travel
Asia Super Yachts will arrange air or ferry tickets for guests or crew to spend some time off the yacht to explore other parts of Indonesia. The arrangement of international traveling for guests or crew to embark or disembark the yacht can also safely be put in our hands, so you only have to worry about where to go.
Uniforms / T-shirts
High quality uniforms and T-shirts can be purchased or made to order in many locations in Indonesia. Unlike in Europe these can be made at low cost, and can generally be made in a fairly short amount of time. Any logos can be either embroided or printed on T-shirts / polos etc. The Indonesian tailors can also replicate any worn or torn existing uniforms to great perfection.
